The Chapel's Mission:
The Chapel exists to glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to the community and to the nations. The Chapel facility is designated as “a place of worship, peace, meditation, reflection, and love through Jesus Christ.”

The Chapel's Statement of Faith:
The Chapel affirms the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God, and the foundation of our beliefs, and the authority for life and faith. We affirm the doctrine of the Trinity, one God three Persons, and specifically, the deity of Jesus Christ. He is the true God. We affirm that salvation is a work of God's grace alone, without regard to any man's effort to win favor with God. All people, everywhere and of all generations are born lost, separated from God, dead in trespasses and sin, hopeless, and incapable of pleasing God. Salvation is God's gift of eternal life, the forgiveness of sins to every person who receives Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and being born again as a new creation in Him. There is no salvation, no promise of heaven, nor life with God without personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

The Chapel's View of Marriage:
Due to our belief in the Biblical teachings about marriage, same sex couples will not be married or joined in any union in any Chapel facilities. No civil unions or ceremonies will be performed under any circumstances in any Chapel facilities. Officiants must be licensed or ordained Christian ministers who agree with The Chapel's Mission and Statement of Faith.

I would like to have a small wedding in March and this chapel is absolutely perfect for what we're planning! Where should I email or bring the application to start the process in reserving a date?

Nick, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We don't receive applications by email. You can print this webform although I don't know how well it will print. We usually have copies on the table inside the Chapel. Regardless, fill out the details requested by the form, be sure to include all of your info, names, phone number(s), address, etc, and drop it in the prayer box inside the Chapel. Someone will contact you to confirm the date and the details. Also, the garden around the Chapel is owned and maintained by the City of Santa Claus. If you have any plans for the garden, contact the City and obtain permission.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello Jessica....Since you phoned a representative of the Chapel yesterday, hopefully your questions were answered. We need the form filled out and dropped off in the Chapel's prayer box. You can access a paper copy on the foyer table in the Chapel or just write all the info on a piece of paper and drop it off at the Chapel. The fee is minimal and depends on the event type and duration. It's determined case-by-case.

Congratulations and well wishes on your wedding and marriage. Thank you for choosing the Chapel to host your big day.
